Wexham Court

Here at Wexham Primary, the staff and children celebrated Diwali in style! Staff and students came in wearing traditional clothing in-keeping with the Diwali theme. 

Each class created their own diyas and lit them together during assembly. Below is the diya that Year 5 - Peru class created. How great does it look! 

Elsewhere in the school, staff got together at lunchtime to celebrate Diwali as a team. The Reception team kindly organised a special diwali lunch for all staff which went down a treat! From yummy food and treats to beautiful henna hand painting, the Reception team thought of it all. Overall it was a great day enjoyed by all!
