Class Teacher: Miss R Gohil

Hi, I'm Miss Gohil and I currently teach Cuba class in Year 4. This is my second year at Wexham Court Primary School. My family originate from both India and Kenya and my second language is Gujarati. One of my biggest passions is reading - I absolutely love books of all genres and enjoy writing book reviews.

My ethos in teaching is that every child should be comfortable to express themselves and strive to reach their full potential in a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment. I believe that that all learning experiences for every single child should be rich and enjoyable and our school values should be embedded in all that we do. Learning should aim to develop the personal qualities that will allow every child to leave school to make a positive contribution to the world and overcome any challenges they face.

My book recommendations are:

  • Here Comes Hercules by Stella Tarakson
  • Tyger by S.F. Said
  • The Firework Maker’s Daughter by Philip Pullman
